RivEX can be purchased for only £100 (approximately 130$\120€) (academic) or £200 (approximately 255$\235€) (non-academic). Dollars/Euros will vary slightly due to exchange rate. This low price has been achieved by not using expensive web site services or using expensive ESRI extensions. So before you buy please read the following section to understand what you get, especially this.
At concept stage it was decided that RivEX should be designed and sold for the lowest possible price. This means that it is well within the budget of a student, academic or professional and encourages uptake of the tool. Once purchased all upgrades/patches are free for the current major release!

Please review the T&C of RivEX, and understand how RivEX is licensed to you and the level of support I can provide. T&C are found in the manual here.
What do you get?
After purchasing RivEX you will be emailed a license file locked to your Operating System, which you simply place in a specific folder. The license file ensures that you are not allowed to run RivEX on more than one machine. If you wish to have RivEX running on more than one computer you must purchase extra copies.
Compatibility
RivEX is developed in ArcGIS pro 3.2.1 as a python toolbox, it is not compatible with earlier versions of ArcGIS Pro and requires a specific version of shapely installed as discussed in the install guide.
How do you buy RivEX?
The RivEX website is fairly simple and uses PayPal for a secure credit card transaction. RivEX never sees or stores your credit card details. You do not need an account with PayPal to purchase RivEX. For more information on PayPal please visit their website at www.paypal.com.
When I get the automatic email from this website with your registration details and an email from PayPal informing me of a successful credit card transaction I will construct the license file and email you the file.
If someone else is purchasing the software on your behalf please check the appropriate box in step 4 on the registration page and enter their name and email address. This information is used only to link your registration details from the RivEX website with the purchase details in my PayPal account. Failing to do this may result in delay of delivery.
I would only be able to return money via PayPal. Remember once purchased all future upgrades are free for the major release version!

What do you need to do to purchase RivEX?
First you must install the shapely module into an active python environment within ArcGIS Pro, then download and install RivEX. Advise is given in the manual here. Use the Create a license code tool in the RivEX toolbox and return to the purchase page, enter the code along with a few details and follow the link to PayPal to complete your purchase.
You will be emailed your license file usually within 24 hours. If RivEX was purchased during the weekend it may not be ready for you until the beginning of the working week. Please be patient if this is the case. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED AN EMAIL WITHIN 3 DAYS, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!
Delivery format
You already have the full version of RivEX that you acquired from the download page but that is locked to the demonstration dataset. Purchasing RivEX simply gets you a license file that will be attached to an email. If your email system strips the attachment out I can provide it via a dropbox link. Simply place the license file in C:\RivEX_ArcPro\License and RivEX unlocks allowing you to use any river network that conforms to these specifications.
What is not included?
To keep costs as low as possible, RivEX is sold and delivered via the internet. So no hardcopy of the manual or installation disc are provided. Printing and posting is expensive, it is environmentally unfriendly and the cost would ultimately be passed on to you the purchaser.
