oA unique ID for each polyline

oThe FROM and TO node fields would not have the same value for each polyline


•A polyline which has the same node ID value for the FROM and TO node field could indicate a polyline looping or it was added to the network and user forgot to update these fields.


•This tool generates an error log file called InvalidAttributes.txt
